Healthy Framework has been in the industry for six years (since 2017) and produced nearly 1,000 pieces of informative, uplifting, and helpful content. Morgan Blair is a freelance writer and licensed mental health therapist. Morgan holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University in clinical mental health counseling and owns her own therapy practice (Unpolished Journey) in Denver, Colorado. Morgan specializes in working with and treating individuals who are recovering from eating disorders and trauma.

Morgan has also written on topics pertaining to eating disorders, mental health, and psychology. Her articles can be found in major publications including Psychology Today and Race Times Magazine.
